我最喜爱的一本书

海伦小时候生了一场大病后，视力听力尽失，她不能喊一声妈妈，也不能述说心中的感受，她心灰意冷到极点，但她毫不气馁，丝毫没有放弃生活。我想如果换了别人，也许早就自暴自弃，也许会依赖父母过一辈子，可她却不一样，一个人坚强地走了下去，书的字里行间中，无不洋溢着她对生活的热爱，8岁时在老师的帮助下凭着坚强不息的精神学会了无人想象的说话，并通过艰苦的学习以优异的成绩考取了哈佛大学。她能把别人看到的当作自己的光明，把别人听到的音乐当作是自己的音乐，把别人的嘴角的微笑当作是自己的快乐。海伦没有哀叹命运对于自己的不公，不接受和渴求他人的怜悯，而是勇敢的接受命运的挑战，以自强不息的毅力面对困境，凭着坚强的毅力到达理想的彼岸。
我做为一个正常人是太幸运了，我拥有优越的生活学习条件，健全的体魄……我可以很轻松的做到很多事情，获得许多知识，享受生活带给我们的快乐，但是我从来不觉得有什么，总认为是理所应该的，当遇到困难时就退缩，往往喜欢找客观理由来为自己开脱。
《假如给我三天光明》一书内容令我受益匪浅，其中给我最大的启示是：
一、要正确地对待困难，每个人一生中都会遇到困难。遇到困难时，不要害怕退缩，而要想方设法地将困难克服，战胜困难的过程也正是自己进步的过程。
二、尽力地完成每一件事。做一件事、坚持一天很容易，坚持二天也很容易，但天天做到却很难。因为这不仅需要恒心，还需要坚韧不拨的毅力。而要把每件事都做到最好，更是难上加难。
三、要有乐观向上的良好心态。海伦在巨大的打击以及困难面前，不是怨天尤人，而是以乐观向上的心态去面对，使自己得到信心。乐观向上的良好心态，是她成功的重要因素之一。

最近，我读了海伦·凯勒的自传《假如给我三天光明》，让我深有感触。这本书主要讲述了海伦变成盲聋哑人后的生活。刚开始的海伦对于生活是失望的，用消极的思想去面对生活。在她父母的寻求下，帮海伦找到了一位老师——莎莉文老师，这位老师成为了海伦新生活的引导者，使海伦对生活重新充满了希望，充满了激情，学会了阅读，认识了许多的字，也让她知道了爱，感受到了身边无处不在的爱。在海伦的求学生涯中，海伦遇到了许多的困难，但同时她也结识了许多的朋友等等。在老师的帮助以及她自己的努力下，她以优异的成绩大学毕业。最后，她又把慈爱的双手伸向全世界，办了许多慈善机构，为残疾人造福，被美国《时代周刊》评选为20世纪美国十大英雄偶像。

希望，不论什么事情都做不出来。
作为明眼人的我们，更应当珍惜当下，将未来过得精彩。仔细想想，和海伦相比，我们平日里遇到的困难是多么的微不足道。假如我自己只有三天光明，我也不知道自己该做些什么有意义的事情。而在她眼中那宝贵的三天让她多么疯狂。我知道自己无法理解她的那种无助与困顿，只是从文字中感受到她的坚强与执着。她是一个了不起的人。作为健全人我们都无法做到的事情，但她却做到了。她真的是我们的榜样。
珍惜现在的每一天，将我的人生充实，这将是我得到的最大的启迪。读完这本书后，我有一种负罪感，一种深深的愧疚与自责。后悔自己过去浪费了那么多宝贵的时光，到现在一无所获，更可恨的是直到现在自己才清醒，才认识到了问题的严重性。在接下来的日子里，我一定会努力去实现我的人生价值。作为社会的一个公民，要有责任、有担当，要为社会做份贡献。我一定会把时间好好利用、把每一分、每一秒都去做有意义的事情。
