someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don’t know who wrote these words, but i’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
we are young. “how to spend the youth?” it is a meaningful question. to answer it, first i have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. it’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it’s the matter of the will. it’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
a poet said “to see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. several days ago, i had a chance to listen to a lecture. i learnt a lot there. i’d like to share it with all of you. let’s show our right palms. we can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. i have a short line of life. what about yours? i wondered whether we could see our future in this way. well, let’s make a fist. where is our future? where is our love, career, and life? tell me.yeah, it is in our hands. it is held in ourselves.
we all want the future to be better than the past. but the future can go better itself. don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. from the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. we’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

"my breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." at some time in the past i also had am bitious words and i had some achievements. each achievement results from my hard work. i always believe that "if you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."
in some extent, the dream is the hope. if you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Tonight is a special day. I appreciate our dear teacher Miss chen. She is responsible teacher and she usually makes us feel interested in learning English. 下午好！今年，我们的孩子进入了小学阶段最关键的一年，关于英语学习的重要性，我就不想赘述了，大家看看满大街的英语培训机构、到处散发的英语辅导小广告就知道了。今天主要谈两点，一是孩子英语学习的现状，二是我在今后的努力方向。
由于我们是农村学校，英语学科的学习可以算是一个硬伤！在毕业考中要想取得与数学、语文、科学同等的好成绩这个结果，无论是对于教师还是学生都是一个非常艰巨的任务。首先对于学生来说，英语这一科完全是陌生的学科，我们学校只有短短三年的系统学习的时间，就好比上到3年级的知识却要考6年级的难度，怎么可能呢？而对于老师来说，在远远少于其他学科的有限的时间中，要将一年级的孩子直接教到六年级的水平也只能选择纯粹的知识灌输，这就免不了少了让孩子体会循序渐进的这种大量乐趣，从而使一部分学生丧失了对这一学科的兴趣和热情，给教学带来了不便。
虽然，在平时的教学工作中，我已经尽量使用多媒体，并且坚持每节课有课前热身活动：如小诗，歌曲，身体律动等等，但是问题也随之而来--这些被有趣小知识占用的时间就会影响应试的大知识的传授。所以，我一直有个困惑，英语学科的兴趣培养和知识教学到底应该怎么样来协调和融合？
以上是我对英语学科现状的一些感受，下面是孩子们的学习情况。 从期中之前的情况来看呢，我感觉孩子学习劲头还是比较足的。大多数孩子上课时能够认真听讲、积极发言，还有一些孩子学习很踏实、很用心，绝大部分同学同学作业都能按时完成。但是完成质量高的不多。比如，我布置的默写单词、词组，一些同学根本就是抄一遍了事，没有掌握单词的拼写。要求背诵课文，有的同学连读都不读，这在第二天的课堂上都能体现出来。
第二个感觉呢，从我们期中测验卷上可以看得出，成绩不够理想。从卷面反馈来看，同学们的基础比较薄弱。单词拼写错误多说明单词背得不熟练，句型搭配、连词成句错的多说明课文不熟悉，而书面表达也体现了孩子们综合知识的运用能力还欠缺。最终反映出课后功夫下的不够。
今年学校同样非常重视六年级，对英语也是提到了要特别提高。所以，对于我们这一届孩子我们学校是寄予了很大希望的，作为老师我们也是满怀信心和热情。作为不经常使用的外语，仅靠课堂上的四十分钟是远远不够的，大量的读背默要在课外完成，这些也是英语学习的基础，对于自制力较弱的孩子来说，我觉得家长的督促尤为重要。 所以在上次开家长会时我请家长们一定要做好督促工作。
1、每天的作业都记在家庭作业本上，请家长在作业本上签字。签字的目的，不是为了签字而签字，读，读了么，是不是跟录音读的；背，背的熟不熟。每天的作业老师指出的错误及时纠正了么。
2、默单词、词组不是默完就算，一定要让孩子对着书检查一遍，把错的改正再背会，才真正起到默的效果。每课的的单词默写，一般要求当天教当天默。这是符合人的遗忘规律的。效果要比过几天补要好的多，这样，在学校默的时候，学生就有底气，正确率高，这也是一次成功的体验，可以增强孩子学习英语的信心。
3、经常检查孩子的书，一是可以看出孩子上课是否认真听了、记了，二是督促孩子及时复习老师上课是讲的重点。

3、看孩子的试卷，不是光看看分数就完了，要了解孩子为什么错，是单词没记住，是上课没注意听，还有就是把老师评讲的要点让孩子认真复习。帮助孩子把试卷保存好，每次期中期末考试前把所有的试卷翻看一遍，专看老师记的重点和自己的错题是非常有效的方法，起到事半功倍的效果。
其实众所周知：学英语并没有多少技巧，也不需要多聪明，关键的字只有两个“功夫”！在这小学最关键的一年，我会在孩子身上下更多点功夫，主要集中在句子练习和书面表达这两个薄弱环节上，让到孩子们上中学的时候能轻松一点。
最终一句话，革命尚未成功，同志尚需努力，这一年，我会和他们一起努力，加油！

第1篇：高二英语教学计划
在20XX年新的学期里我继续担任高二英语教学工作。为切实有效的做好英语教学工作，顺利完成本学期的教学任务，使学生达到最佳的学习效果，特制定新学期英语教学工作计划如下：
一、本学期的指导思想
以学校工作计划为指导思想，以培养学生自主学习和自主管理能力为主线，针对我校高二学生普遍英语底子差，基础薄的实际，坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。在本学期的英语教学中，要坚持以下理念的应用：
1、要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力，提高人文素养，增强实践能力，培养创新精神；
2、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异，让学生在老师的指导下构建知识，提高技能，磨练意志，活跃思维，展现个性，发展心智和拓展视野；
3、让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为Good User而不仅仅是Learner。让英语成为学生学习生活中最实用的工具而非累赘，让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中，体味到轻松和成功的快乐。 高二英语既注重基础知识的考查，又强调能力的灵活运用。为了适应这一趋势，提高高二英语的教学质量，在高二英语教学中我将常抓基础知识，有梯度地拓宽词汇，提高课堂效率，从而努力提高学生学习的自觉性、主动性与积极性，通过师生互动，更进一步提高英语成绩。
二、学生情况分析
本学期我依然担任83，84两个班的英语教学工作， 从学生上学期期末考试情况来看，存在以下三方面问题：
①在思想上、态度上放松或放弃的现象有所表露，读,不会读，就谈不上听得懂,看得懂,从而导致破罐子破摔的现象。
②基础知识不够扎实，灵活运用语言的技能相对薄弱。
③运用能力不够强实。学生的阅读能力、理解能力、分析能力、判断能力、应变能力等均不能较好地适应考查要求。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累，只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索，才能学会并掌握语言知识，从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。
三、教材简析
本学期我们依然采用中等职业教育课程改革国家规划新教材全国中等职业教育教材审定委员会审定的英语基础模块（下册）为教学主体，本学期我们依然以学习6个单元的内容为主，当中语法知识涉及到Direct Speech and Indirect Speech; Attibutive Clause;Modal Verbs;The-ing Form of Verbs and Subject Clause.通过语法和课文知识的融会贯通使学生可以更好的掌握英语知识。
四、本学期的教学目标及措施
高二年级是高中的重要阶段，又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此，让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识；培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力；发展智力，培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高，缩小与上学期期末考试时平均分与其他兄弟班级的差距。让复杂问题简单化，使学生更容易掌握所学知识。加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外，在本学期的教学中，要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等，扎实基础知识，突击写作训练，为高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下：
1、钻研并创造性地利用教材，灵活使用，发挥教材特点。
2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关，反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤，抓重点，搞强化，在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功，坚持默写单词及重点句型。
3、培养学生的阅读能力，并以这些材料为基础，扩充学生词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材，扩展学生阅读量，努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、检测。
4、加大基础写作训练的力度，大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完整的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇的写作训练，鼓励运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作能力。
5、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练习或测试，主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容, 间或分块测试，习题的训练在于精而不在于多。在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲，让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉，学会思考、整理和归纳。
第2篇：高二英语教学计划主要目的和任务是：巩固、扩大基础知识；培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力；发展智力，培养自学能力。而近几年来，高考的词汇量由最初的3400增加为现在的6800，而且还有继续增加的趋势，口语也将成为高考的内容之一；现在对大学非英语专业的学生的外语要求也正越来越高，不但要求书面阅读能力和写作能力，也要求使用外语流利交流的能力。这一切的快速发展都给中学英语教学提出了更高的要求。
一 .所教班级学生现状分析:
本学期我所任教高二（5）（6）两个班级为理科，除少数学生外，大多数同学的学习态度已有好转，上课认真听讲，作业独立完成，学习方法越来越有效。虽然他们的成绩还不拔尖，与其他有些学生的成绩还有距离，但他们在这一年的学习过程中，还是有着很大的进步，特别是那些已有将来明确目标的同学。但也有极个别学生上课效率低，作业马虎、不交，课外时间全部放在休闲娱乐上，课堂上打瞌睡的现象时有发生。还有一些学生则是由于缺乏坚持不懈的顽强毅力，害怕背诵、记忆，只满足于课堂上听听课，课后没有复习、预习等学习环节，导致英语成绩提高缓慢。
二．教学目标

三．本学期的教学内容及方法
根据教学步骤完成模块5及模块6的教学内容，根据学生的实际情况对教材练习适当做出调整，删减。让复杂问题简单化，使学生更容易掌握所学知识。利用《英语周报》加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外，在本学期的教学中，要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等，扎实基础知识，突击写作训练，为高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下：

第3篇：高二英语教学计划一、高二下学期教学指导思想认真学习《普通高中英语课程标准》，全面钻研新版Senior English For China B2(B)英语教材，积极采用各种教学方法，充分利用课堂上40分钟的时间，师生同心协力有计划地完成高二下教材的教学任务并系统地涉及一些高考的形式要求、难度标准、解题技巧，为高三的英语学习打下良好的基础。
二、高二下教材分析新版Senior English For China B2(B)共有10个单元。每单元分四种课型：1、热身准备课型；2、阅读理解课型；3、知识操练课型、4、技能综合课型。全册教材每单元一个话题，具体涉及到了科学成就（scientific achievements）、现实与幻想（scientific fiction）、地球资源（water and the ocean）、自由卫士（civil rights and freedom fighters）、国际旅游（international travel）、美国文化（the USA）、残疾事业（disabilities）、发明创造（inventions）、古典文学（classic literature）、考古发现（archaeology）等等。加上Work Book中的同步阅读文章共有阅读文章30篇，而且一般都比较长。语法方面安排了word formation; modal verbs; the passive voice; nonfinite verbs; direct and indirect objects; the attributive clause; and the use of “It”. 共八个语法项目。
该册教材从不同方面具有如下特点： 1、内容丰富，涉及面广。本册教材的课文篇幅长、题材广，内容丰富，不但是一个综合知识的大熔炉，而且时代气息逼人，很具有挑战性。学生不但可以学到真实的英语语言，而且可以学到广泛的综合知识，训练全面的英语语言技能。说句实在话这套新教材对我们英语任课教师无论从语言知识而是语言技能上都展开了挑战。 2、词汇量大，语言地道。由于所选文章涉及的领域多，又是原汁原味，因此，各方面的词汇都出现了。又由于沿用地道的原文，不同作者用词不同，出现了大量的近义词。虽然这给学生提供了学习英语的真实语言环境，但也增加了学生学习英语的难度。 3、精心编排，形式新颖。教材编排的匠心不但体现在课文内容的精心选编和课型的优化设计。特别突出的是教材的各种练习形式新颖别致，不但注重知识性，而且充分注入了趣味性。也充分发挥了现代教育技术在英语学习中的先进作用。 4、理念先进，实践标准。该册教材把综合语言运用能力的形成建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养整合发展的基础上。也把语言技能的形成作为语言学习的必须手段。完全实践了《普通高中英语课程标准》的新理念。
新版教材的不足 1、大部分文章都比较口语化，结构松散，缺乏书面语的那种紧凑感。与高考所选的阅读文章比较，有一定差距。 2、很多的文章篇幅太长，难以在有限的课堂时间内完成教学任务。 3、有的板块内容立足点过高，有个别任务的内容超出学生所应具备的能力，对学生没有多大实际意义。 4、几乎没有编入幽默、笑话、格言等娱乐之类的读物，学生对言外之意的理解力不能得到应有的训练。 5、文娱体育方面的内容和词汇也还太少。而这正是很多同学非常感兴趣的东西。 6、正如上海张思中老师严厉指出的那样，该套教材完全甩开中国文化。其实，一个学英语的中国学生有责任、有义务学会用英语向外国朋友介绍我们中国文化。我们的老教材是注意这个问题的，如把万里长城等作为课文。
三、本期教学进度安排本期教学时间很短。因为在6月的789高考之前必须放假。正式上课时间只有345三个月即12周。教材的每个单元一般都要安排一个星期以上的时间。因此时间很紧张。原则上只能一个单元安排一个星期的教学时间。
四、学生实际学情分析本期继续担任高二C367的英语。该班英语在上期期末考试中的排队跟以前一样还是属于倒数行列，没有前进。学生反映比较强烈的就是：作业多而没有讲解，效果不好。因此，本期的首要工作就是要让学生学有成就感，培养学习英语的积极性，并在学习过程中慢慢培养自己的良好英语学习习惯。从上期期末考试的分数看，优秀率是零，70-79分数段6人，60-69分数段27人，50-58分数段27人，40-49分数段11人，39-27分数段5人。最高分77两人，最低分27。其中58分5人，57分6人。因此，这11人应该是可以进入及格行列的。从各题的得分情况看：30分的阅读理解题，平均只有12分，很明显偏低。应该要达到20分以上。其主要原因是词汇量小，文章读不懂。从该班的实际情况出发，本期开学初有必要对70分以上的同学进行拔尖的鼓励和辅导，对57和58分的同学进行特别的心理指导和英语学习方法的指导。要让每一个学生有一个自己的英语奋斗目标。既要提高平均成绩，也有学生拔尖。
五、教学措施设想 1、学习课程标准，转变教学观念，努力提高教师自身综合素质，轻巧驾驭课堂教学活动。以人为本，既注重智力因素的培养，更注重非智力因素的养成。 2、积极新研究教材，把自已的想法和理解集中起来，逐渐形成现代的、科学的具有个人风格的教学模式。 3、对教材内容进行必要的取舍。像Warming up, Speaking，writing中太生、太深的话题和超出学生实际表达能力的任务，我们就大胆舍去，代之以能启发学生的、有趣的、能思考的东西。 4、教师、学生一起搜集与单元、主题有关的信息，做好预习。发挥教师在教学中的主导作用，激活学生在学习中的主体功能。 5、充分利用多媒体，增加信息量，变抽象为具体，让学生接触更多的知识，激发学生更多的兴趣。 6、加强学法指导，训练学生的学习策略，注重学习过程的评价，指导学生学会学习、学会钻研问题，培养学生良好的学习习惯。 7、自编了课文阅读理解练习，补充了本套教材所缺乏的内容：中国文化读物、趣味读物、格言背诵、体育新闻等。并且还以此建构了我们学校的校本课程。
第4篇：高二英语教学计划一、所教班级基本情况
我们升入高二年级分了文理班，我所任教的是高二(3)班和高二(4)班，均为理科班。通过高一阶段的学习，同学们大都掌握了拼读单词，背单词的积极性越来越高，有了一定的阅读量，写作能力逐步提高，但总体来说，学生的基础还是比较差主要表现在没有自主学习的意识，语法内容似懂非懂，听说方面也很薄弱，要提高成绩，还需要我们很大的努力。
二、教学指导思想
认真钻研新课标，树立新观念，探索新教法，在学校教学计划指导下进行工作。在高一已经做了一些尝试的基础上，更加重注发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力;形成有效的英语学习策略;培养学生的综合运用语言的能力;特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，理解、分析和阅读的能力，让学生尽量贴近高考。
