This is a powerful yet charming movie; fun for its special effects and profound in how it keeps you thinking long after it's over. Like others, I've seen this movie more than once. One comment I've never heard is that Forrest's simplicity is almost zen-like. I should read the novel to get the author's intention （I remember some people preferring the book and complaining that no one at the Academy Awards gave him any credit.） But rather than an implication that you should do what you're supposed to do and believe in God and you'll win in the end, I see it as zen-like, i.e., living in the moment and not having expectations or particular cravings （other than his loving Jenny.） So he ends up just stumbling into all the major historical events of the time. Granted, he achieves this only because he doesn't have the brains to think otherwise and actually have expectations, but so many of our problems are because we do have higher intellect and desires, which ironically makes us unhappy because we know what we are missing.

We love our cats and dogs for the same simplicity and always being in the moment. There's a line in the movie wondering if everything is predestined or happens randomly or it's a combination of both. It is something to mull over for a long time.

The film has finally got a symbolist end.After finding Rochester’s

misfortune brought by his original mad wife,Jane chose to stay with him forever.

Life is ceaselessly changing,but our living priciples remain.Firmly

Frankly speaking, that was virtually all I knew about the world-famous Olympic Games before I had read a book entitled The Olympics published by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. However, I found even more philosophy beyond just winning medals from reading the book, which was beyond my imagination and considerably inspiring.

Someone once said, “Were everybody on earth involved in some kind of sport, our world would be free of war for long.” Starting from three thousand years ago, the ancient Olympic Games has long been an event not only for competition but also for peace. In ancient times, no war was allowed between the cities during the Games, which was rather surprising to me since I could hardly imagine warriors actally putting down their weapons and give a break for peace. The precious tradition of peace continued: I would never fail to recall the scene of the opening ceremonies when North and South Korean athletes entering the stadium

with their hands held together. The two neighboring countries that used to be enemies are no longer enemies during the Games. Instead they became friends. Speaking of the XX Athens Olympics, perhaps most people would have the same opinion that the most noable part of the opening ceremony arrived when Iraqi and Afghan representatives showed up. 9月28号，终于等来了盼望已久的这个学期的第一次电影课了。听说要看<驯龙高手>这部电影的时候，我更兴奋了，嗯，至少是部动画片。

当电影一开始，它一说到“维京人”的时候，我就觉得特别耳熟。原来，“维京人”就是北欧海盗，敢大胆地抢劫当时海上第一大国西班牙的商船。英文电影观后感。看完这个电影，更觉得他们大胆了，他们居然敢跟龙接触。这个电影讲的就是海盗首领的儿子小嗝嗝和一条号称龙里面最凶猛的夜煞接触，然后一起找到龙总是抢劫的原因，最后和海盗、一些龙一起打败不给它食物就要吃龙的巨龙。

我觉得这部电影的亮点有两处。一是各式各样的龙，二是主人公和夜煞合作击败巨龙那一段。我一直都挺喜欢龙的，觉得它们挺好玩儿的，，他家的动物园无法经营下去了。派的爸爸决定全家移到加拿大去，同时把动物也运到那边去卖掉。登船日期到了，派和他的家人上了船出发了。路途中，他们遇到了暴风雨，派在这次灾难中失去了家人，他自己却被船员送到了救生艇上，但是几只动物也到了救生艇上，特别是孟加拉虎，派非常害怕。老虎吃掉了船上的所有动物，派必须冷静地面对危险，勇敢机智地与老虎一起生存下来。最后派得救了，老虎也回到了树林。

电影放完了，我慢慢走出了电影院。通过这部电影，我懂得了遇到危险要冷静，不要慌张，再想办法脱离危险。或者一开始就用聪明机智的办法尽量避免危险。

在这里工作的男主角，他是要务公司的“明星”。他把猩猩带回家抚养，渐渐地，猩猩长大了。男主角给他它起了一个名字叫凯撒。后来，凯撒被迫送到了猩猩禁闭所那里的管理员对猩猩们很不好，但后来凯撒逃了出来，偷到了“gfl-112”，然后它又回到禁闭所，打开了“gfl-112”，让所有猩猩变得聪明，竟然还说出了话!后来它们向管理员复仇!与警察抗争，有一只巨猿扑向了直升机，救了大家，牺牲了自己，是伙伴们回到了红山森林。

最近几天，我看了一部名叫<永不妥协>的英文电影。

片中讲述了一名叫艾琳的三个孩子的单身母亲为了养家糊口而来到马克西事务所求职。这里的老板在经过面试后，只让艾琳做了个小小的档案员。在一个烈日炎炎的中午，艾琳在整理资料档案时，发现了一份未写完的档案。永不妥协观后感。上面写的是关于pge公司污染水源，排放六价铬导致辛克利居民饮水中毒而大多患有肠胃病的记录和病历表。

艾琳看过这些资料后，下定决心要为当地居民讨回公道，维护当地居民的权益与健康。她驾车风风火火地赶到污染水区辛克利，做了第一次全面的调查。事实证明，这儿的居民的确是环境污染的受害者，这里的居民因为常年饮用含有六价铬的水，大部分人都患上了肠胃疾病。

艾琳用她的真诚和毅力，执着和责任感，取得了居民的信任，在经过了艰苦的调查后，最渴求的一些东西，一些至少对现在的我而言可望而不可即的东西，这种渴求愈是强烈，这种无法成就的落差也愈是强烈，不管是因为主观的原因亦或是客观的条件阻止着我，所以，当别人把它表现出来的时候，我的共鸣感就不可抑制的蔓延开来……

从她得到律师这份工作到达到律师生涯的巅峰，她美丽的脸庞总是在关键的时刻产生了关键的作用。一个没读过法学院的人竟然比专业的高材生干得还漂亮，她狠狠地赏了那些高分低能的专业人士一记耳光，她靠的什么?坚定的信念和钢铁的意志。

她牺牲了与孩子的天伦之乐，甚至放弃了爱情，全身心投入到工作上，一般人根本做不到。一个女人因优秀而孤独。她的男人，只要看孩子，会做饭就行了，甚至连赚钱都不用，试问，有几个男人愿意呢?

电影的名字叫<永不妥协>，我觉得一语双关，第一，法律不会对犯罪害人的人妥协，第二，女主角不会对她的生活，她的追求，她的标准妥协。

很难说，再次看这部老片子时，我会怎么看待茱莉亚。罗伯茨。真的，她好像在告诉我一个人为了生存，为了自己的良心，为了伸张正义而应该怎么样去付出，就算是自己什么都不懂也无所谓。

她再告诉我，要想成功的话，需要付出什么样的努力，而这个过程中有什么的艰难险阻，而这样都是那样的没有任何的保障。

也许片子的名字就告诉我们，这个故事是需要怎么样的努力才能成功。

她非常的平易近人，而且很世俗，很大方，大大咧咧的那种。我知道我以前看过其他她演的片子，嗯，她就是这种形象。

应该这样讲，她真的很辣，真的，我不想关心有关这个案子本身的社会问题，那不是我这种庸人所能体会和分析的，我只是想说，作为一个很平常的人，在工作后，休闲时，需要一部片子来消磨我的时间，而这部片子正好做到了这点，而且是很圆满的做到了，并且还提升了我作为一个平常人的工作以及生活士气。

也许人生就是这样的，一个人在自己最落寞的时候，也就是最倒霉的时候，还是非常认真的对待自己，对待工作，就算是什么也不懂，她还是这样去做。结果被她抓住一个机会，后来的问题大家也就清楚了。她成功了。

我必须相信，这类片子不管过去多少年，都永远是励志片的典范，真的是这样的。我承认我在看时，心情会随着案件的层层深入而起伏，虽然我知道她会赢，但是过程也是那样的饱满，让人很钦佩，因为换作是我，我也许做不到这样的表现，而她就是我的榜样，因为每个人都可以这样去做，但是有些时候，他们会因为一些问题和困难而妥协，她却没有。

如果是这样的话，这部片子我会刻盘收藏。

我们在生活中，总会遇到这种人，衣着与众不同，做事泼赖，但是认真投入，也许技术和手段并不是很好，但是让人信赖。当然，也许这种人是工作狂，但是，那又怎么样呢?也许真的有那么种人，可以在工作中生活，工作就是她的一切不是吗?

还是劝大家在心情低落或是工作不顺利的时候看这样的一部片子，真的会有意想不到的收获也不一定啊。

[篇五:<永不妥协>观后感]

没有跌宕起伏的情节，没有宏伟的大场景，伴随着小小的幽默，这样一个拥有三个孩子的单亲妈妈用无比坚韧的精神向观众证明了一个“弱女子”的价值。她没有向处于低谷的生活妥协，没有向实力雄厚的大公司妥协。这种坚韧的精神是我们所要学习的，人生总有挫折困难，不能因为这些阻碍而放弃自己，放弃生活。塞涅卡说过跌倒了就跪着战斗，只有坚持、勇敢、自信才能实现最后的成功。

而我今天想说的不单是可贵的精神，影片中的事件也让人感触颇深。

片中大公司为了自己的利益使用了六价铬，污染了水源，污染了环境，由此损害了周围居民的健康，而公司却不以为然，只愿赔偿两千万，埃琳气愤填膺，非常精彩地反驳了公司代表。的确，即使赔上再多的钱也弥补不了居民他们，因为对于他们来说，金钱换不回健康，记得我以前摘录过锡德尼。

维伯和比阿特里斯。维伯合著的<资本主义文明的衰亡>一书中的一段话:“在晚餐的时候，随着他吃的咖喱或红椒粉，他也许凑巧吃了第二剂的铅和水银，再随着所吃的酸菜，罐头水果或罐头蔬菜，他几乎确定地服了铜了，同时假使他在餐后食品中享受了一份糖果的话，那末，他究竟消费了多少有毒颜料，简直无法计算了。”

在日常生活中我也时常看过媒体所披露的一些事，就单单从满足人类生存需要的食物方面的事件来讲，就已经够触目惊心的了，孔雀石绿、福寿螺事件、有毒多宝鱼、红心鸭蛋、瘦肉精等等，连婴儿奶粉也没幸免，除此之外，免费茶水是农药残留和重金属超标的垃圾茶，榨菜是用颜料染色的。

媒体披露的只是一部分，还有很多我们所不知道的，很多因为企业或个人为牟取利益根本不顾他人健康和安危，在网上看到相关文章说市民有食品安全恐慌症可能是由于认识上有误区，我觉得对食品安全持怀疑的态度是非常正常的，媒体曝光了那么多，质检局查出了那么多，难道百姓还会很阿q地安慰自己说:“吃一两次没关系!”?掺劣的搞破坏的不仅在食品方面，我们的空气、水源等等质量又如何呢。

维伯在书中写道:“这种掺劣的形式意味着逐渐毒化民族，使整个国家的体质降低，阻碍我们的生长，迅速败坏我们的身体元气。”无论国家的性质如何，如果以这样的形式发展，国家的兴盛也不只过是表面的而已，美丽的地球家园更是无稽之谈。

在谴责被利益所冲昏头脑的丧失道德的人的同时，其实也该反省我们每个人类自己，你是否也在自我毁灭呢?

[篇六:<永不妥协>观后感——当励志遇上法律]

像<永不妥协>这种完全以女性为中心叙述的电影还是比较少见的，以往站在男性身边只是作为烘托的女性在这部电影里完全反了过来。我们看到的是大嘴东奔西忙，收集证据，劝说当地居民积极参与诉讼，而他的男友(由艾伦艾克哈特饰)反而成了类似家庭 妇男的角色，而他的上司很少在他身边发号施令，反而更像是他的一个师长，在法律知识给予她以帮助，而有时甚至就像他的一个朋友，一起单独呆在办公室边吃东西边分析案情，甚至有时互相开玩笑，互相讥讽，互相“对骂”。可以说这是一部完全宣扬女性魅力的电影

这部电影里，我们即看到了大嘴突破性的表演，同时又不失以往电影里大嘴的特色，而里面的差别就是一个——坚强。同以前的电影，大嘴依然是那个那个性感，引人注意，性格大大咧咧，笑起来让人难以忘怀的角色；不同的也许是剧中她少了些浪漫，多了些泼辣和直爽(从那些数不尽的“fuck”可见一斑)，不过当她面对那些受污染地区居民的时候，当她细心聆听她们诉说自己的故事，那个表情却又显得那么善解人意，似乎能完全能读懂她们的痛苦，似乎愿意去分担她们全部的痛苦，也许那个时候是她最美丽的时候，女人的母性与男人的刚强似乎在那一刻集中在了她一个人身上。

之所以说这部电影是一部血统纯正的励志片，就在于女主角erin的出场给人的感觉是，没有人会比她更倒霉的；而如同另一部类似的励志电影<当辛福来敲门>男主人公是从以前舒适幸福的生活一下子落差到露宿街头，erin也是从当年的选美皇后一下子沦落到找不到工作，银行户头里只剩不到百元，带着三个孩子的单亲妈妈，而开头的车祸更是像在伤口上撒了一把盐，让本已窘迫的女主角几乎推到了走投无路的地步。erin也许不太文雅，心直口快，做事有些冲动，但这也或许让她骨子里有了一股永不放弃，对生活决不妥协的基因；再次回家后又一次投入到了寻找工作的道路中，不过再一次受挫后，她甚至厚着脸皮去到帮他打车祸官司的律师ed那里，主动上门为他工作也不问他同不同意；甚至当ed一脸茫然的面对着她的时候，她既然首先是大声发狠数落ed没有帮她打赢官司，理应帮她安排官司后的窘迫生活；但最后立刻转变语调，小声撒娇，恳求ed的收留，美丽女人迷人的一面顿显，也为后来她在收集证据中耍的小手段埋下了伏笔。

本片安排了erin事业和爱情两条线，也让我们对erin有了更为具体的认识。在erin安排妥当工作没多久就收获了爱情的滋润，住在她隔壁的邻居大帅哥george借帮忙照看她孩子的机会，慢慢接近了她，虽然刚开始erin有所抵触，但george工作的性质和他善良体贴、对小孩的亲和力让他有了更多的时间帮erin分担家庭的重任，让erin有了更多的时间和精力投入到工作中，投入到证据的追索和与受害者的接触中。而george的出现似乎释放了erin最温柔最女人的那一面，和他在一起的生活中，少见了erin特有的蛮不讲理，更多的只是情人之间深情的对望和喃喃细语。全片爱情戏份里最让我印象深刻的也许是深夜里还在开车赶路的erin打电话问刚从睡梦中醒来的george，今天有没有特别的事。当george说道erin

年龄最小的孩子说出了人生的第一句话时，erin一只手捂住嘴唇，喜极而泣的场景。

但好像上帝不喜欢完满的过程，正当erin的事业有所起步，george却因无法忍受erin一心投在工作中而疏于对家庭的照顾，离开了她，离开了她们曾共同生活过的家庭。在分手的那一天夜里，erin拖着疲倦的身躯，而george坐在床边，手里拿着曾今见证过他们爱情的戒指，脚边放着已经打包好的行李，像他请求能不能放弃现在的工作，和他一起好好的生活；面对可能失去男友和他以往的照料，她选择了继续帮助深受污染的欣克利小镇居民。

男友最终还是没有回头，继续追逐他以前的生活。不过生活总会在我们走投无路的时候峰回路转，之前一直开着破车的erin收到了老板送的新车，而george收到忙的手足无措的erin的求助后，还是再次回到了她的身边，之前总是被忽略的erin的孩子最后也理解了母亲的苦心，再也没有无理取闹，而是变得听话懂事。

谈到这部电影，法律是无法回避的话题之一，因为一方是600多人的诉讼团体，而另一方是身价达200亿美元的太平洋电力公司，而向当地居民支付的3亿3千3百万美元的赔偿，成为美国迄今为止同类案件最大金额的民事和解。说来奇怪，虽说是部准法律电影，但涉及到庭审的却寥寥无几，本来等待最后判决那种荡气回肠的一幕却最终没有出现，取而代之的是判决结果出来后erin带着她的男友驱车来到了欣克利小镇，来到了第一个接触的家庭——也是本片着重描写的受害者，将好消息带给她，而她也是本次判决中得到赔偿金最多的一个家庭。

不过后来揣摩，这也许是导演为了更加突出本片主演罗伯茨的地位；原型人物erin在律师事务所可以说是半路出家，严格来说，甚至没有一点法律知识基础，大多数行动都是由ed指派——只不过她做的比很多那些律师更加出色，甚至在后来又安排了一个女律师做了对比，如果进入法庭，那一切就只有陪太子读书的份，而ed就会成为聚光灯的焦点(影片最后ed登上了人物杂志封面，说明在公开场合，ed才会是真正的主角)，导演也很巧妙的处理了这方面的关系，淡化了法庭戏，而更多了突出了寻找证据，联系诉讼者，与太平洋电力公司的代理律师对峙的场景，特别是在协商过程中，erin的毒舌和智慧被完全释放，每每于此，对方律师都被说的无言以对，悻悻而逃。而他们的不放弃和不屈服于大公司的挑战和威胁，也最终为她们争取到了公正的赔偿。

erin性感高挑，但绝不是那种胸大无脑的女人，虽然开头的出场实在有够狼狈，给人一种失败者的感觉。但后面描述erin对证据追索，却完全将之前她的形象完全颠倒。她细心，是她从一堆和污染案没有一点关系的(准确说是有关房产购买的)文件开始，一点点揭开电力公司污染的内幕；她好学，对法律一点不懂的她虚心接受ed的指示，甚至为了了解到有关铬的知识，亲自去附近大学寻求教授帮助；她聪慧，她善于利用自身的优势，面对有些对女色没有抵抗力的水利局的工作人员，她成功通过她的诱惑力让她对水利局的资料任意取阅并打印；她刻苦，多少个日日夜夜她读资料读到下班后，或是一手抓着晚餐，一边议论是她与生俱来的善良和亲和力，让欣克利小镇很多对律师都心存抵触的居民和她站在了一起。

最后简单说说这部案子。ed和erin采用的是直接诉讼的方式，这意味着6百多名身体受到伤害的当事人必须每人签名支持才有希望赢得诉讼。而他们的事务所为打这场官司几乎破产，最后不得不与另外两家律师事务所合作，才得以继续把这场官司打下去；当然，最后ed律师和erin终于得到所有当事人的签名支持。在权衡了利弊之后，他们决定选择仲裁解决争议，仲裁是和提出诉讼的一方迅速有效解决这一问题的途径，这也是双方自愿的行动。

ed选择仲裁，是因为如果进入陪审团诉讼，拥有巨大财力物力的电力公司完全会通过不断的文件往来和上诉申诉，让结案的时间不断的往后推，这样，欣克利居民拿到钱将会变得遥遥无期。而仲裁将是一局定胜负，判决下来后将不再有上诉的机会，当然这也是一步险棋。一旦选择仲裁，就等于是让仲裁人来决定案子，欣克利一案最后是由3名退休法官裁定的。最后的结果也选择了受害者的一方。

案情；她执着，到了最后律师事务所几近破产，是她鼓励ed坚持下去；面对人心所异的诉讼者，是她最后一家一家拜访，争取到了剩余一百余名没有签名的诉讼者的签。
