一．教材内容分析：

本课是新标准英语三年级起点第八册第七模块第一单元。教学内容是单词：spent (spend), video, flew(fly) ,October,proud ,somedayShenzhou V flew into space .He spent about twenty-one hours in space. He made video and now he is very famous.本课文要学习运用过去式来描述过去发生的事情,课文以神州五号和杨利伟的伟大事迹为引子，一方面对学生进行知识的拓宽，另一方面来渗透对过去式的运用并描述过去发生的事。

二．教学目标：

1.知识目标：

(1)在阅读课文、句型和运用中学习以下词汇： spent (spend), video, proud，October；

（2）学习Shen zhou V flew into space with Yang Liwei.这类叙述过去事情的语句;

(3) 复习含有made, was, saw的表示过去事情的语句。

2、技能目标：

（1）能听懂课文内容，并能回答与课文相关的问题。

一、 说教材:

《He spent about 21 hours in space》本课来源于新标准英语第八册Module7Unit1。本课以2003年10月中国神舟五号载人飞船升空为背景，讲述了我国著名宇航员——杨利伟的故事。 本单元围绕He spent about twenty-one hours in space. In October 2003,my father flew into space in ShenzhouV.说明过去发生的事情并加以具体描述，这个题材开展多种教学活动，它与上一单元联系紧密，是它的延续。本节课是本单元的重点、难点。

２、教学目标：（知识目标、能力目标、德育目标）

(１) 知识目标：学习、掌握掌握单词、句型：flew、about、spent、October、video、proud. He spent about twenty-one hours in space. In October 2003,my father flew into space in Shenzhou.

(２) 能力目标：能够说明过去发生的事情并加以具体描述，提高学生听、说、读、写及知识自学的综合能力。

三、说教学手段:

主要以现代化电教手段－－多媒体辅助教学，贯穿整个教学过程。增加了直观性和趣味性，加大了课堂密度，提高了教学效果。

四、说学生:

本课虽篇幅较长，并没有大量的新词汇，句型也不难。12岁的六年级孩子们，在当年神舟五号升空时才1、2岁，也许他们对当时神五升空的激动画面并没有多么深刻的印象，但是探求新知的激情使得学生对本课充满好奇。

3、Text teaching:

(1)进入本课文本，在文中体会杨利伟的事迹，并让学生划出文章中的动词过去式。（学生上台写，培养学生的动手能力与动脑能力。）

(2)再一次进入文本，带着问题分段阅读课文。

（3）再次听录音并跟读。
