I’m Li Hua, an exchange student from AAA senior high school. I’m writing this letter to convey my heartfelt gratitude. Without your help, my bag couldn’t have been back.
Three days ago, I went shopping in your supermarket with the company of my friend. Unfortunately, I found my bag lost on arriving home. You can’t imagine how important it is for me. Worried and upset, I kept struggling to seek it. So many essential things in it, I nearly went mad!
Yesterday, word came that my bag was found. Much to my surprise, a kind seller came to my school and gave it to me. A heavy stone was removed from my mind. I can’t thank you too much. Besides, please accept my apology for any inconvenience it caused.
Please allow me to say thank you again. Words fail me when it comes to my gratitude. Finally, I wish your supermarket a brilliant future.

I’m an exchange student from AAA High School. Today I’express my sincere thanks to your shopping centre for helping me find my handbag.
I went to your shopping centre the other day and when I came back, I discovered that my handbag was nowhere to be found. I had no idea / I was totally at a loss where I could have left it. It contained all my important certificates, without which I would get into great trouble. So I felt extremely worried and upset.
Luckily, one of your clerks came to my school yesterday and returned my handbag to me. I was surprised and excited, for I never thought I would recover my handbag! I do appreciate your kindness and this is definitely an unforgettable experience while I’m staying in your city. Please accept my hearty thanks and best wishes.

在你们的帮助下，我找回了遗失的钱包。在此，我对你们表示感谢。
上周星期五早上，我在xx食堂吃完早餐，却把钱包放在餐桌上忘了拿走。等我意识到钱包不见，回去找的时候，钱包已经不见了。后来我问食堂打扫卫生的阿姨。阿姨说，她确实是捡到一个钱包，但是钱包已经被一个同学领走了。
中午，我同学听说我掉钱包了，就帮我打电话给保卫处。不久，保卫处的叔叔就来找我了解情况。下午，我去问的时候，叔叔告诉我钱包找到了。
今天我领到了丢失的钱包。在此，我想再次向给我提供帮助的所有人表示感谢。谢谢你们的帮助。同时，我自己以后也会吸取教训，小心保管好自己的东西。同时，我也要感谢那位愿意把钱包还给我的同学。
