Finally , love needs words to make it real . Without words , quarrels can’t be resolved , resentment can’t come to the surface , and we lose the power to share the meaning of our lives . There are many ways of communicating . The important thing is to acknowledge and express our feelings .

Love is not a single act , but a climate in which we live , a lifetime venture in which we are always learning , discovering and growing . It is not destroyed by a single failure , or won by a single caress . Love is a climate---a climate of the heart ！

随着年龄的增长，我们的心理承受能力也应该增长，要有一种能够承受外界压力和克服困难的勇气，面对问题时应该想办法去解决，而不是逃避，甚至是选择死亡。真正的胜利不是永不失败，而是在跌倒一百次以后还有勇气在第一百零一次时站起来，听起来好象很难，其实却很简单，我们要做的只是一次又一次的在跌倒以后站起来。生活中没有谁是永远的胜利者，失败并不可怕，可怕的是丧失了面对失败的勇气，遇到困难时无法承受，只会一味的想要逃避，想要以死来一了百了，这才是真正的失败。难道死了就真的能够一了百了了吗？自己死的轻松却没有想一想给亲人带来的痛苦和伤害，自己解脱了却给别人带来了无尽的烦恼，这是多么的自私和不负责任，是多么幼稚的行为。我们应该在生理和心智上共同成熟，

每天在教室里经常听到有人高喊着郁闷啊，郁闷啊，我要从楼上跳下来啊… …其实，他们不知道，活着就是一种最大的幸福，是一种无与伦比的快乐，生命是需要细细呵护，去珍爱的。如果可以轻易放弃，那无疑是对生命的不尊重，这样的人也不配拥有生命！

大家好！欢迎大家来到今天的道德讲堂。同学们，还记得三月五号是什么日子吗？虽然学习雷锋日已经过去，但雷锋精神却是不会过时的，它值得我们去传承。

雷锋精神，深深镌刻在一代又一代中国人的心中，影响和激励着一代又一代中国人健康成长。

半个世纪过去了，在雷锋精神的感召下，我国涌现出无数雷锋式的先进人物，他们继承和弘扬雷锋精神，为其注入了新的内涵。雷锋精神的时代内涵，集中体现为服务人民、助人为乐的奉献精神，干一行爱一行、专一行精一行的敬业精神，锐意进取、自强不息的创新精神，艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约的创业精神。今天的道德主题就是：“做雷锋式的好少年”。

“道德讲堂”一共有6个环节：我反省、唱歌曲、学模范、诵经典、发善心、送吉祥。同学们，请对照大屏幕：

（一）我反省

请全体同学对照雷锋精的具体内涵，反省自身。

（二）唱歌曲

首先，我们进入道德讲堂的第二个环节，请大家一起唱《我们要做雷锋式的好少年》。请大家起立。（播放歌曲）

大家好！

欢迎来到道德讲堂！今天,我们全体师生带着浓浓的敬意在这里开展少年向上，真善美伴我行道德讲堂活动。

我们作为新世纪的新主人,一定要找准自己的人生方向,自觉弘扬真善美,摒弃假丑恶,使我们在幻想和现实两个世界里永远不会迷失自我,使我们的生命之水永不干凅!我虽然只是二年级的小同学，但我也想用一颗真挚的心去面对身边有困难的同学，让他们也感受到浓浓的爱。

今天道德讲堂的主题是《少年向上，真善美伴我行》，一共有这样七个环节：自我反省、唱一首歌曲、看一部短片、诵一段经典、讲一个故事、做一番点评、鞠一个躬。

第一个环节：自我反省

主持乙：做一个新时代的好少年，是我们共同的心愿。 主持甲：好少年要有良好的行为，关爱旁人，关爱社会。 主持乙：好少年要有良好的习惯，严于律己，宽以待人。 今天,就让我们踏上旅途，一同遨游在真善美的世界吧。 围绕本次活动主题，说说身边的真善美。

第二环节：唱一首歌曲

五千年悠久的历史，不但创造了灿烂的文化，而且也形成了古老民族的传统美德。被称为“文明古国”的中华民族创造出了世界瞩目的、辉煌灿烂的文明，以勤劳智慧、好学上进、彬彬有礼的风貌而著称于世。

第三环节：看一部短片

善，善良。

善良，是我们在这个世界上的通行证。没有人会对拒绝善良的人，记住好人有好报，我们青少年，更应该保持一颗善良的心，对社会伸出援助之手。

美，美好。

世界是极其美好的，我们也应该睁大双眼，让大千世界的美 丽洗涤我们的心灵，让我们青少年更深的认识世界，了解世界，融入世界。

第五环节：讲一个故事

在我们的生活中，不就是爱让我们心手相连吗？这不正是真善美的最好体现吗？

主持人甲：孩子们,让我们从现在做起，响应习近平爷爷的号召,从点滴做起，争当“热爱祖国、理想远大；勤奋学习、追求上进；品德优良、团结友爱；体魄强健、活泼开朗”的好少年，让我们生活中,处处都充满着真、善、美!

主持人乙：只要我们心中都有一颗善良的心，就能让我们身边的人感受到爱就在我们身边。

第七环节：鞠一个躬

主持人甲：真善美不仅仅是简单的三个字，也不应该只被拘束在条条框框的方格子里，它应该融入生活，融入我们的心中，让它播撒一块向阳的花田，填补我们心灵的空缺。

主持人乙：提到真善美，我就联想到《三字经》里的：人之初，性本善。性相近，习相远。向善总是好的，在人的身上善便是美的心质，这种美是暖色调的，给人以亲近，舒心之感。

合：面对大灾，我们有“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”的大担当，虽说我们力量弱，但我们的心意却是满满的，播放汶川地震相关短片资料，介绍中国人面临灾难时的坚强，以及同学们在地震后捐款活动时的照片，让感动涌上心头。
