一、活动目的

1.扩大xxx老师英语课的影响力；

2.将参赛选手线下培训设置在馆内，增加馆内的人流量，以此为契机进行课程销售；

二、活动名称

“xxx杯”少儿英语演讲大赛

三、活动形式

参赛选手随机抽取某个主题，选手围绕此项主题临场发挥，现场进行英语主旨演讲。后根据选手演讲情况，可从英语发音、演讲流畅度等方面综合评分进行筛选。（评分规则待定）

四、活动设置

1.比赛设置

初赛（海选）：筛选出20位参赛选手参加复赛；

复赛（决赛）：评选出一、二、三等奖和若干鼓励奖；

2.时间设置

根据xxx老师自然发音课时间调整；

前宣时间：11月1日—11月30日（报名同时启动） 初赛时间：12月1日—12月15日

复赛时间：12月16日—12月31日

颁奖时间：（xxx老师英语课结业之时）

五、活动报名

报名时间：11月1日—11月30日（前宣同时启动） 报名地点：馆内

报名对象：凡小学六年级以下儿童均可报名参加；同时欢迎各培训学校组织学员报名参赛；

报名费用：100元/月

六、学员培训

凡报名参赛学员，均可获得线上学习账号一组，并可自愿报名参加xxx老师的英语线下培训课程（费用待定）。

七、奖项设置

一等奖（1名）、二等奖（2名）、三等奖（3名）、鼓励奖（14名） 课程奖励：英语课程、其他协助举办方课程；

实物礼品：积木、赞助商提供的其他实物礼品；

once upon a time there were a fisherman and his wife who lived

together in a filthy shack near the sea. every day the fisherman went out fishing, and he fished, and he fished. once he was sitting there fishing and looking into the clear water, and he sat, and he sat. then his hook went to the bottom, deep down, and when he pulled it out, he had caught a large flounder.

then the flounder said to him, "listen, fisherman, i beg you to let me live. i am not an ordinary flounder, but an enchanted prince. how will it help you to kill me? i would not taste good to you. put me back into the water, and let me swim."

"well," said the man, "there's no need to say more. i can certainly let a fish swim away who knows how to talk."with that he put it back into the clear water, and the flounder disappeared to the bottom, leaving a long trail of blood behind him. then the fisherman got up and went home to his wife in the filthy shack.

"husband," said the woman, "didn't you catch anything today?" "no," said the man. "i caught a flounder, but he told me that he was an enchanted prince, so i let him swim away.”"didn't you ask for

anything first?" said the woman. "no," said the man. "what should i have asked for?"

"oh," said the woman. "it is terrible living in this shack. it stinks and is filthy. you should have asked for a little cottage for us. go back and call him. tell him that we want to have a little cottage. he will surely give it to us.""oh," said the man. "why should i go back there?" "look," said the woman, "you did catch him, and then you let him swim away. he will surely do this for us. go right now." the man did not want to go, but neither did he want to oppose his

wife, so he went back to the sea.when he arrived there it was no

longer clear, but yellow and green. he stood there and said: “mandje! mandje! timpe te! flounder, flounder, in the sea! my wife, my wife ilsebill, wants not, wants not, what i will?”the flounder swam up and said, "what does she want then?"

总结一：英文演讲大赛总结

20xx年4月22号，在湖大知行学院外语系英语教研室的支持下，在外语系辅导老师的极力倡导和外语系学习部的积极准备下，为了促进同学们间的交流，丰富大学生活业余生活，特举办“知行杯”外语系演讲比赛，并获得了圆满成功。

本次比赛分为三个环节：即兴演讲，故事接龙，听力互动。每个环节都进行的相当顺利。

在第一轮中，20名选手相继上场进行演讲，他们发音地道，抑扬顿挫，台下的观众全神贯注地聆听。值得一提的是，本次的演讲题目都涉及了最近的热门话题，比如HD 事件，，和服事件，鸟巢冠名出售，兽首拍卖，可口可乐收购汇源果汁产权等，选手们对此发表自己的观点，思路明了，言辞犀利。

第二轮的故事接龙也非常有趣。四名选手组成一组，随即抽题，然后根据惟妙惟肖的PPT提示，开始比赛。这同样是本次比赛的 一个新增板块，选手们通过动画视频续故事，内容新颖直观。这是对选手们的反应能力和口语能力的极大挑战，也是对竞争对手间的团队合作精神的严格考验，要求极高，但他们依旧很出色的完成了。

第三轮的听力互动环节将全场气氛推向了高潮。此环节中，有八段听力对话，每段对话后都有一个问题，观众需要从大屏幕中的四个选项中选出一个最佳答案。值得一提的是，听力题目都来自大英四级的 听力选择题，而在活动中，台下观众也都踊跃参加，台上台下融成一体。

总之这次比赛是很成功的。比赛的各项工作做的比较充分，项管理工作秩序井然。赛前学习部做了细致周密的准备工作，赛中在教研室老师的监督下按照严格的评分标准和各项程序进行，体现了比赛的公平、公正、公开的原则，保证了演讲比赛的高水平和高质量。收尾工作也顺利完成。

通过此次比赛，我们收获了丰硕的成果，不仅提高了同学们的演讲水平，增强了英语口语能力，促进了同学们英语学习的热情，而且为同学们积累了丰富的经验，让同学们从中学到确实有用的东西。同时为我院营造了良好的学习风气，为同学们提供了一个学习和交流的平台，促进了同学们之间的友谊，也为我们学习英语美好的明天奠定了坚实的基础。

总结二：英文演讲大赛总结

晚进行的，是中英文演讲比赛。

最终我们小组拿到中等的名次，结果不是重要的，重要的是过程，我还记得那天下午大家一起排练讨论得很开心，不同的想法合起来我们的演讲就包含了不用的元素，这些都是我之前完全没预想到的。组长安排的更是合理，每个人都得到充分的发挥。

演员组成员搞怪的表演彻底点燃了观众的热情，这对我们演讲组的成员起到了很大的支持。

ppt制作组的成员在幕后的辛勤劳动，没有他们没有我们今晚条理工整的ppt。

最后还有演讲组的两位搭档，我们反复商量排练了n次，内容不断地加加减减，期间大家都付出了很多的精力和时间，纵使最后有一点点的缺憾，但努力过，我们觉得这就足够了。

在这里很想对大家说声谢谢，虽然你们未必看得到，但真的，过了这次活动我才发现我们小组有这么多可爱的人，今天晚上的presentation真的很成功。谢谢！谢谢！

至于我，纵然大二微生物的那次演讲惨不忍睹，但这次我还是选择了上台演讲，很大程度上也多得组员们的推举，谢谢你们的信任，让我今晚有迈出了我人生的新一步。

这次上台是为挑战一下自己的comfort zone，我想试一下到底我可以到达怎样的程度。

做得好的部分：

1.结果相比上次好了一点，上台的时候我只有小小的一点紧张，原因是做好了较充足的准备，稿子基本上能够背出来，然后在上台之前特意放松了一下自己的心情，更重要的，我想是来自身边组员的支持，有他们，我知道我不用孤军作战，只需要把自己的部分做好就可以了。

2.在演讲的时候我刻意保持自己的站姿，避免歪歪斜斜的。

3.声音还算清晰稳定，据骷髅坚反映说有气场! 这是出于不断练习所产生的一点点自信。

不足之处：

1.英文并不能做到脱口而出，个别的词语还是会卡壳，相比伦姐的英语，只能自行惭愧。

2.看观众眼神不够自然，自始至终都忘了看坐第一排的老师。

3.临场应变能力极为欠缺，所幸后来还是把话给说回来了。

为了丰富广大同学的课余生活，加强英语的学习与交流，提高同学们学习英语的积极性； 给广大同学提供一个自我锻炼、展示自我的舞台，我院社团联合会英语协会决定举办:“水院之星”英语演讲比赛，我们协会在得到老师和同学的支持下，于本月举行了英语演讲比赛，此次比赛主要针对全院的大一的学生。大一学生参加的积极性很高，报名人数也很多，在我院大一学生新生中有一定的影响力，比赛设有预赛和决赛，本次比赛采取“公平，公正，公开”的比赛原则，此次活动是南湖校区与汤逊湖校区首次联谊比赛。

在比赛的前期，两个校区都在各自在本校做了许多关于对本次活动的宣传活动，鼓励各系各班的同学积极参加，预赛是两校区在各自的本部举办，南湖校区报名参赛40名。汤逊湖校区报名参赛60几名，预赛于10月31号举行，，经过一轮又一轮的角逐，在评委的公正评判下，南湖校区总共有11名参赛选手进入决赛，汤逊湖校区有19名进入决赛。决赛于11月8号下午2：00在南湖校区二楼报告厅拉开的帷幕，

决赛荣幸地邀请了英语组组长胡志红老师、许俊老师、廖兆慧老师、王婷老师、余慧敏老师，胡雅文老师作为本次演讲比赛决赛的评委,，决赛时所有参赛者都表现出超常的发挥，比赛也进行的异常的激烈，在评委老师的严格评判下，最后共有十名同学获奖，一等奖一名邢垒；二等奖二名代雪梅、田伟；三等奖三名陈筱婷、梁帅、秦毛玲；优秀奖四名邓燕玲、张志晨、聂德龙、杨冲。此次活动旨在提高全院同学英语口语，使同学积累更多的演讲的经验。

此次活动虽然整体看起来是成功的，但是也有存在许多不足的地方，首先作为本次活动的策划人及负责人，我有许多问题没考虑到，例如；决赛的比赛形式难度过大及比赛时给参赛者准备的时间不足，导致许多参赛者上台比赛产生慌场的现象和导致许多参赛者没法完全发挥出来，给比赛带来许多的不便，还有就是决赛前的准备工作做得很伧促，导致比赛延迟了十分钟的。但是在全体协会的成员共同努力下比赛还是顺利进行了，此次活动有不足也有完美之处，通过本次比赛使我们学会了很多，也明白了许多。希望下一次能把第八届搞得更好。

本次活动分报名、初赛、决赛三个阶段。首先由教师自愿报名，然后在各个办公室经行初赛，最后一共有范高雅、吕倩、叶晓华、刘丽丽、韩大阳、王伟、曲姗姗七位老师参加决赛。我们共同聆听了7位教师的演讲，从整体上来看，本次演讲，比预想的要好，参赛的青年教师都能积极配合学校的工作，把本次演讲当成一项工作去完成，能从不同的方面，以不同人的先进事迹，用她们充满激情的丰富语言和神情给我们大家作了一场精彩生动的演讲，他们从不同的角度诠释了良好的师德师风。总的来说，老师们个个精神饱满，神情激扬，用朴实的语言表达了自己在工作中的想法和做法，通过演讲活动，老师们明确了自己肩上的责任。正如老师们演讲稿中所说的“师者为师亦为范，学高为师，德高为范。走上三尺讲台，教书育人；走下三尺讲台，为人师表。教师是社会主义精神文明的建设者和传播者。”因此师德不是简单的说教，而是一种精神体现，一种深厚的知识内涵和文化品位体现。通过演讲实现自我教育、自我查摆、自我反思、自我改进、自我纠正、自我提高的目的。

2015年5月8日，我校第一届英语演讲比赛在我校多媒体教室隆重举行。

三至六年级的19名选手在比赛中展示了各自的亮丽风采，展开激烈的角逐。在学校领导关心支持和师生们的共同努力下，选手们不负众望，表现出色，发挥了最佳的水平。大家都觉得这是一个锻炼学生综合能力的一个好舞台，也是对教师听说教学的一次检验。同时，我们也从这次英语演讲比赛中发现了学生学习英语所存在的一些问题。如：学生的英语底子薄弱；学生学习英语的积极性不够高。有些学生的胆量不够大，上台有些胆怯；学生缺乏参赛经验等等。

为了热烈庆祝中华人民共和国成立60周年，进一步加强学生社会主义核心价值观教育，大力弘扬和培育以爱国主义为核心的民族精神，古二小学在十六周开展了“可爱的祖国演讲比赛”。5月31日中午，学校利用的“小主人TV”直播台，进行了活动总结。

首先由大队辅导员对这次活动进行了总结，她表扬了参赛选手的仪态自然大方，使用语言规范，表达流畅，情感真挚，感染力强，演讲的内容也能紧紧扣住“可爱的祖国”的活动主题，思想积极向上，充满真情实感，富有感染力和号召力，具有较强的教育意义。接着她宣布了获奖名单，并由校长对获奖选手进行颁奖。

最后校长对这次活动进行了点评。指出了这次比赛的闪光点：演讲稿子写得较好；各班主任能在短时间内辅导学生熟练演讲。同时也提出了今后要改进的地方：学生演讲的语速较快；加强学生演讲的才能；让更多的学生得到锻炼的机会。
