的最多的。《让人寒心的成都公交英语》、《满目疮痍的公交英语》、《nb的成都公交英文报站》
此类帖子在百度成都吧、天涯社区成都板块都可看到。
“你挨砖头”在天
涯这样写道：“昨天坐了一回52路公交，速度不错，比开车慢不了多少，但是，公交车报站
器的英文硬是把我雷倒了，中文还像模像样‘二环路新成温路口到了??’接着听到了英文版
‘now，
er-huanluxinchengwenlukou’，晕死。”
和“你挨砖头”一
样，对成都公交车上的英语报站持疑的大有人在。甚至有网友说，成都公交英语成了朋友间

为公交报站就应该用中文，而一个“now”只是提醒外国朋友注意听地点。“其实我觉得汉语
拼音报站很实用，毕竟老外记地名都是只记发音。”川大外语系大四学生杜萍在百度贴吧里对
成都公交这种英语报站表示了支持。支持方认为，如果把中文地名用英语直译过来，反而会
造成更大的麻烦，比如“东大街”，直译过来是“east big street”，假如一个外国人问“east
big street”在哪里，知道的人可能并不多。
其实不少外国人都
表示，在成都，说到地名时，他们脑中反映出的都是固定音节，而不是这个地名的意义，所
以汉语拼音用作英语站名既科学又简便。但是，“我认为在特殊地名时成都公交也应该用英文。”
在成都生活了两年的德国人威廉举例说，“天府广场”、“省体育馆”等专有名词就应从汉语直
译成英文。 实际这是最符合现状的报站

系到了成都公交集团相关负责人。该负责人表示，为了改进公交英语报站，集团花了很多金
钱和精力。2006年，成都公交开始采用英语报站
后，收到了很多市民的投诉。为了改正英语语句过长、不地道等问题，去年8月起，成都公
交集团参照国内其他城市的做法，结合成都市的情况，制订出现行的报站方案。“现在的英语
报站简单明了，老外能听懂，又缩短了报站时间，比较符合城市现状，投诉基本上没有了。”
对方表示，因为现在乘坐公交的外国人并不多，暂时没有加强英语报站的必要，以后，“会根
据城市公交的发展和乘客建议再进行完善。”
