It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mother’s

company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother’s office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Today, I still went to my mother’s office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They

always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my money. Also I should help them. Although I can’t do something useful, but I think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the future, I will take a job and work. It’ time for me to begin to learn how to work.

A Fishy Story

Two avid fishermen go on a fishing trip. They rent all the equipment: the reels, the rods, the wading suits, the rowboat, the car, and even a cabin in the woods. They spend a fortune.

The first day they go fishing, but they don't catch anything. The same thing happens on the

second day, and on the third day. It goes on like this until finally, on the last day of their vacation, one of the men catches a fish.

As they're driving home they're really depressed. One guy turns to the other and says, "Do you realize that this one lousy fish we caught cost us fifteen hundred dollars?"

The other guy says, "Wow! It's a good thing we didn't catch any more!"

Change for award

A lady lost her handbag in the bustle of Christmas shopping. It was found by an honest little boy and returned to her.

Looking in her purse, she commented, "Hmmm.... That's funny. When I lost my bag there was a $20 bill in it. Now there are twenty $1 bills."

The boy quickly replied, "That's right, lady. The last time I found a lady's purse, she didn't have any change for award."

3) Late for work

Tom had this problem of getting up late in the morning and was always late for work. His boss was mad at him and threatened to fire him if he didn't do something about it. So Tom went to his doctor who gave him a pill and told him to take it before he went to bed.

Tom slept well and in fact beat the alarm in the morning. He had a leisurely breakfast and drove cheerfully to work. "Boss," he said, "The pill actually worked!"

"That's all fine" said the boss. "But where were you yesterday?"

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

今天早上6点就起床了，说实话，很不习惯，学校都是养成了懒惰的习惯，起床的时候眼睛还有点睁不开呢。废话少说了，起床后就到工地食堂吃饭，然后熟悉图纸，在胡工的带领下，熟悉本工程的图纸概况，他给我讲了很多，并教我怎么看图纸，才能晶块读出图纸所给的信息：今天读图总结为以下内容：了解工程概况后，结构概况为剪力墙结构，车库部分为框架结构。基础类型：5、7号楼是二类土，是独立、条形基础，采用机械开挖；6、8号楼是三类土，全部是挖孔桩，采用人工开挖。临边都是13米的边坡，对此，设计院还特意出了一个边坡设计和施工方案。本工程周边的地形地貌，环境，周边居民，决定了不能夜间施工。工地旁边有三个工地，一个是加油站，一个是桃源印象的另一个施工单位，只是承包的范围不同，还有一个是渝发建设。其中，渝发建设的建设规模很大。

该工地虽处空港工业园区，但是，交通并不方便，听胡工说；经常停电，运输材料也是比较远的。但是这个地方绝对是居住的好地方。梦想自己以后也要找个僻静，优雅的地方自己建一栋小房子。

今天是到工地的第三天，虽然需要继续深入的熟悉图纸，但是还是必须和胡工一起到工地走走，了解一下现场的情况。 到了现场，胡工一点不保守的给我细细说他所懂得的知识。其中，最深刻的是：到工地必须戴好三宝之一，安全帽，这也让我了解了，三宝就是：安全帽，安全带，安全网。当然，他也顺便给我说了，三宝，四口，五临边。四口的含义就是：1、楼梯口，

2、电梯井口，通道口,3、预留洞口；五临边的含义就是：1、沟，坑，槽和基础周边，2、楼层周边，3、楼梯侧边,4、平台或阳台边,5、屋面周边。听他说完后，我当时只理解了一点，当时也没想么多，赶紧记下来，等睡觉前好好的看看。

接着就是讲简单的安全知识、在工地应该注意哪些、我们施工员的职责是什么、等等。我一下子也没记住，只有等他空闲的时候再去问问他。随后就跟着他一起再工地转悠。这一天下来，还是蛮累的，虽然没做多少事，可能是刚开始来，不习惯，脚都有些酸疼。累了，今天就写到这里了。

2011年3月4日 星期五 上午：小雨 下午：小雨

今天开始学习全站仪的使用，讲施工测量。由于该工程采用人工挖孔灌注桩，地下水的抽降可能会使周围地表发生位移或沉降，因此必须对周围道路及原有建筑进行沉降及位移观测。该工程拟投入的仪器主要有拓普康全站仪和自动安平水准仪等。

1、场地整理前应根据市测量队提供的黄海高程点，在拟建建筑物四周布设四个水准点，作为建筑物沉降观测的依据。四个水准点闭合差应小于12H。场地整理及土方开挖时应保护好水准点。

2、开挖前应在周围已建建筑物和道路构筑物上设置沉降观测点和竖向垂直控制点，作为观测原建筑和构筑物在挖孔桩降水过程中是否有下沉或倾斜的依据。开挖前记录一次标高，开挖至7～8米深时再观测第二次，以后每二天观测一次。

3、开挖前应根据测量队提供的单体放样作为轴线控制和放样的依据。用全站仪测出各控制线及轴线，用钢卷尺丈量各桩心位置，为了便于轴线、桩中心和垂直度复核，于各桩四周定四根木桩控制轴线位置，书面报请监理复核，认定签字后开始护壁第一模施工，第一模施工时砼护壁应高出自然地面200mm。护壁第一节砼浇捣后，将各轴线及控制标高引至护壁上口用小铁钉钉出标准轴线或桩中心线，并用红油漆做上标记，便于桩标高及中心的控制。

今天和前几天一样，早早的起床了。说是要给我讲挖孔桩的成孔施工。桩基施工方法：1）、由于人工挖孔砼灌注桩设计承载力较大，应确保成桩的质量，对于桩距较密的桩，在本施工方案中已考虑较安全的施工方案；保证桩基在成孔施工中能安全成孔，达到设计及施工规范的要求。

2）、通过对临近工程桩基础施工的了解，在人工挖孔砼灌注桩成孔时易发生涌泥及流砂等现象，施工时初步采用孔桩互降法进行有效降水的施工方案。

3）、相邻桩距较密桩（中心距S≤3.0D）时，应采用跳挖成孔施工，保证密桩每间隔一天进尺一样的要求，使其减少对相邻桩影响，积水应用潜水泵及时排出，以减少对相邻桩的侧压力，确保密桩能按设计及规范要求成孔。

4）、每天施工前，应安排下井人员对已做护壁进行检查，在无异常样情况下，才能进下模成孔的开挖。

胡工讲了许多，虽然没听懂，但是他一字一句的细细说，我很快的用笔记了下来。晚上再慢慢的体会。
