转眼间实习生活已经过了一个月，在这段时间里，他们有付出也有收获，虽然都是很优秀的人才，但是各个都谦虚好学。让我们来听听小鲜肉们如何分享自己的实习心得吧~

毕业于西北工业大学，探测制导与控制技术专业，已考取北京交通大学翻译硕士。 为人热情开朗，虚心求教，是一个认真负责的姑娘。
不知不觉，来睿恩翻译已经快一个月了，这段时间我收获了许多。我原本是一个工科生，所学与现在的工作完全不同，但凭着对英语的热爱，我一路不顾亲友的劝阻，考取了英语翻译硕士。在入学前这几个月，能来到睿恩实习非常幸运。
初来乍到，以为实际的翻译工作很难，加上刚拿到的翻译原文涉及到交通和建筑等许多不熟悉的领域，顿时有些泄气，生怕自己做不好。然而真正开始着手时也并没有那么可怕。遇到不会的生词、忘记的熟词，马上上网查询，但没有足够大的词汇量而一味地上网查询无疑会浪费很多时间，这提醒我要继续丰富自己的词库并熟悉单词的词性、用法及搭配。
完成第一份分配稿件时，内心很激动。虽然速度不是很快，但是作为一个新人已经十分努力了，我期待着审校人员的意见。然而到了审校的时候却被泼了一盆冷水，或者应该说是温水吧——实习生的第一份稿件是由主管亲自审校的，我站在旁边，以为自己翻译的没有什么大问题，但仅仅看了几行就被揪出很多错误，其中有英文句式不规范、词组搭配不统一，甚至还有些单词拼写错误。我从期待转变为羞愧，自以为英语水平还可以，没想到居然犯了这么多低级错误。正当失落之时，主管轻声说：“翻译的整体还不错，就是有一些技巧还没有掌握熟练，之后有什么问题可以随时提问。”紧张之余，还是稍稍松了一口气。
近一个月以来，自己的每一份稿件都有专门的审校人员负责，校对之后的稿件也会返回，以便清晰地看到自己的问题出在哪里，什么样的译文更好。我被分到刘主管组，她负责审校工作，她的一丝不苟和热情让我受益匪浅，相信在以后的工作生活中我也会更加严谨认真。
办公间其他同事们快速的打字声让我有一些压力，但更多的是动力，现在已经比第一天来的时候打字快了不少，不过跟其他前辈还有很大差距，但我会更加努力去缩小差距，并大量阅读积累，让自己在速度和质量上都有所提升，做一名合格的译员。
最后说说睿恩给我的印象吧。这里氛围很好，像一个大家庭一样，大家关系很融洽，干净舒适的工作环境让人每天都元气满满。同时不少优秀的同事们不吝赐教，热心帮助。在这样的工作过程中提升很快，也很开心。

就读于布兰戴斯大学，语言学与国际关系专业，大二在校生。熟练掌握汉语、英语、日语三国语言，并取得德语中等水平。为人聪明能干，谦虚负责，具有很强的学习能力。
Internship Experience at Royal Translation
Time flies. It is hard to believe that I have been working in Royal translation for almost a month, while this has been a helpful experience in my pursuit of language excellence and improvement, and will continue to be helpful in upcoming work and study in the future.
My experience of studying in the States certainly makes my English better than average Chinese. However, when I first saw my assigned task, I felt this is harder than I have expected. While being a student of Linguistics at Brandeis, I have hardly got into touch with construction and machinery, but rather politics, history and biology. It is quite a challenge for me to use the jargons with accuracy while translating with fluency and comprehensiveness without leaving out a single substantial component of each utterance.
Miss Peng, the product manager in the office, I revered her in awe and feared that my simple questions would be disrespect to her. However, she picks out many of my grammatical errors, semantical and lexical inaccuracy, and explains in detail to me with patience. I am convinced that I owe my thanks to her, an experienced translator and a patient instructor, as I have learned quite a lot from her. I have encountered many technical difficulties, but I have to thank Miss Ge who helped me in many of these problems. Unfamiliar with Trados and database of the company, I cannot find temporary storage and jargon storage sometimes, and Miss Ge instructs me with patience about how to solve these technical issues.
Therefore, I thank Royal Translation for this precious opportunity to work with these excellent people. It is not only the matter to improve my skill in translation, but also a trial to work as a real adult. My command of language and cross-linguistic transition and critical thinking has also improved, thanks to Royal and all its excellent translators.
