上世纪八十年代，手机开始使用，但只有有钱人家才有手机，到了九十年代，手机开始普及但却很笨重，随着时代的快速发展，人们的通讯工具日益增加，手机变得小巧了，功能也增加了很多，不管男女老少几乎人手一台，成为了我们日常必不可少的物品。然而手机却有利有弊。

在我们的日常生活中，首先，手机可以让我们随时随地和家人联系，这不仅在我们外出时可以使父母放心，也可以在我们遇到危险时及时求助；其次，手机可以便于朋友交流，能够增进友谊，在我们学习遇到困难时，还可以与同学讨论；再次，手机小巧方便携带，我们可以看到有价值的拍下来并及时与朋友进行分享；然后，手机中还有闹钟功能，我们不必再使用笨重的闹钟，不管在哪里手机里的闹钟都可以提醒我们，这个时间给做什么事情了。最后，我们还可在手机上浏览信息，及时知道面面俱到的最新消息。

手机固然便利，然而也有弊端。

首先，健康是大家共同关心的问题手机对人类的健康有着一定的影响。睡觉时，很多人把手机放枕边，手机的辐射会对人类的中枢神经系统造成机能性障碍，引起头痛、头昏、失眠、多梦和脱发等症状，有的人面部还会有刺激感。很多人经常熄灯后玩手机，手机的强光，会是黄斑部病变，轻者眼睛干涩，重者失明。其次，现在很多人得了“手机依赖症”，这严重耽误学习和工作。再次，现在学生们都有手机，档次各不相同，这极容易造成心里不平衡，引起攀比之风，给父母造成经济负担。最后，手机是贵重物品，这不仅给不法分子带来了偷窃的机会，还有可能引起一些不良学生偷盗的现象。严重影响了校园治安。

手机有利有弊，但只要我们合理的使用手机，扬长避短，发挥它应有的多用，造福我们的学习、工作、生活。我们应管理好自己的生活，作为一名中学生，我们应从我做起，对于合理使用，并用它传播正能量。

The later part of the 2010S finds the phone became fashionable in people`s daily life .According a recently survey , nearly 95 percent of Chinese people who have a phone. Well ， now I`m glad to introduce three advantages of mobile phones although it has many advantages.

One obvious advantage is thathave a high speed when we use phone to communicate with others. Just a little time that you can contact other peoples by a phone .and that meat you can pay a little time to handling a problem duly. For example , using a phone to call a police when you are in danger. The second , however , it can improve our work efficiency with the phone .you can do less work and the result will be better with a phone . our poor time can be saved and the mobile phone is also more compact than books so that we carrying it around. Besides, which we all can see is that we can save our money by the phone. For example ,which will pay you 5 yuan if you send a letter , and it only need pay one yuan when you send a massager by the phone .so that many youthslike use WeChat rather than letter.

In a word, mobile phone provides great convenient for our lives, makes us save much money and time .In the future, with the development of time and the progress of Science ,This is one that people can imagine the phone will have more magical function.
