Why should we do exercise?
At present ,more and more people are like playing games ,watching TV or playing mobile phone instead of do exercise.And few people will exercise every day.Because they think it is noing useful to do exercise for them.So I will tell you something about why we do exercise.
There are more than one reason.
At first, doing exercise can keep us fit.Second,it can make us strong,so that we can fight illness and disease.Actually,some people think that doing exercise is enjoyable.Bcause they are love sport.In addition can also build up our skills.
As we know ,a healthy person cannot do without doing exercise.．Some exercise a day keeps the doctor away!
