四年级英语上册教案(新世纪版) Unit 2 Hangman--A Spelling Game
一、教育目标：
1.鼓励学生开动脑筋，积极参与课内教学活动。
2.教育学生热爱学校，了解学校，争做学校小主人。
二、知识目标：
基础目标：
1)Wonderland: a toilet an office a garden a computer room a classroom
a clinic a playground a lab
2)Farmland: Is there/Are there…?
3)Grand Theatre: Hangman----A Spelling Game
4)Language Lab: 根据课文内容回答Questions and answers中的问题，根据自己的实际情况回答On your own中的问题。
5)Music Box: 能掌握音标/t/，/d/，并能看音标读单词。
6)Disneyland: 能用正确的语音、语调朗读Rhyme: Riddles, 节奏基本正确。
7)Difficult point: 1. any在There be句子中的用法。2. 不可数名词在There be句子中的用法。
三、发展目标：
1.创设一个情境，鼓励学生整合已有的语言知识，分组做游戏“Hangman—A Spelling Game. ”
2.能根据实际情况，依据“Our school”这个话题在班级展板中介绍自己的学校。
四、课时安排：
建议本单元安排5教时。
Wonderland中是单词教学，所以可以和Music中的内容结合在一起进行教学。
Farmland 中的there be句型和第一课句型有密切的关系，教师在教授时要注意知识间的相互联系。Language Lab是Grand Theatre的配套练习，所以应该结合在一起进行教学。Disneyland中的内容是一则谜语，是Grand Theatre教学内容很好的补充，教师可以把这部分内容单独设计成一堂活动课。
五、教法建议：
一)词汇教学方法
教师可用媒体或图片创设情境引出本课的单词。
This is Sandy’s school. It’s small. But it’s very beautiful. There is a playground in it. There is a garden in front of the playground. There are 3 classrooms behind the playground. There is a clinic next to the classroom. There is a computer room behind the classroom building. The computer room is between 2 toilets. There is an office beside the toilet. There is a lab behind the computer room. Sandy likes his school very much.
画面与对话相配合，当出现新教授词汇classroom, office, classroom, clinic, playground, garden, lab, toilet, computer room, school时，画面特写出这些单词的图片。
教师可反复让学生听几遍对话，让学生自然习得一些词汇。随后教师可出示图片让学生快速反应说出单词，对于学生尚没有掌握的单词或发音不正确的单词，教师示范，让学生仿说。
在学生基本掌握了语音和语义后，教师可通过如下方式帮助学生关注词形，巩固词形和语义之间的联系。教师可出示若干Sandy学校的平面图示, 让学生读一读，看看有什么少了什么部分。例如:

教师可让学生看着Sandy学校的平面图，复述前面的语段。
随后教师可让学生完成Language Lab中的第一部分Choose, write and spell 的练习来帮助学生巩固单词的拼写。

6) 在学生基本掌握了单词的听说读写后，教师可让学生绘制自己学校的平面图，并整合已有的语言知识以“Our School”为题写语段。
二)句型教学方法
1) 教师可从Wonderland的教学的最后一个活动，学生介绍自己学校的活动中自然引出Farmland中的新句型: Is there/ Are there…? 例如：
Is there a garden in your school?
Are there any labs in your school?
2) 建议教师可先教授单数句型，教师可手持Farmland中的词汇图片提问：Is there a pool in your school? 当学生用Yes./No.作简单回答时，教师可引导学生用Yes, there is./ No, there isn’t.作答。然后教师可让学生两两模仿问答。例如：
-Is there a cinema in your school?
-No, there isn’t.
-Is there a library in your school?
-Yes, there is.
3) 教师可接着学生的谈话引出复数句型，例如, Are there any libraries in your school?当学生用Yes./ No.作简单回答时，教师可引导学生用Yes, there are./ No, there aren’t. 作答。同时教师可用补充学生的回答方式帮助学生了解一般疑问句和否定句中用any，肯定句用some的语法知识。例如：There are some libraries in your school. There aren’t any libraries in your school.然后让学生两两模仿问答。
随后教师可谈话引出Farmland中的小对话。
Super kid is visiting Tommy’s school. What are they talking about?
然后让学生听、仿说Farmland中的小对话，并用Farmland中给出的8个词汇模仿创编出新的小对话进行角色表演。在替换练习，表演小对话的过程中掌握There be句型的一般疑问句Is there/ Are there…?及其肯否定回答Yes,
there is./ there are. No, there isn’t./ there aren’t.
5) 由于学生们同在一所学校，所以用Is there/ Are there…?展开以学校为主题的交际活动缺少信息差，没有什么意义。因此在学生基本掌握句型后，教师可创设其他一些情景帮助学生运用语言，交流信息。例如：

三)课文教学方法
本单元Disneyland中的Riddle是一则根据拼写猜单词的谜语，和课文猜单词游戏的内容相似，教师可在Warming-up中让学生听Disneyland中的Riddle猜单词，然后模仿教材自编谜语考考大家。例如：
The first letter is in feet, not in meet.
The second letter is in bike, not in bake.
The third letter is in past, not in part.
The last letter is in each, not in eagle.
What word is it?
It is FISH.
然后自然引出Language Lab中的话题讨论。教师可先通过On your own中的问题让学生围绕游戏展开话题讨论。
Do you like games?
What games do you often play in class?
在话题讨论中，当有学生提到Disneyland中的Riddle时，教师可适时地引出课题中的新授词汇, It’s a kind of spelling game.
接着教师可从话题讨论中自然引出课文。Today, let’s play another spelling game.
It’s named Hangman.
听完课文录音后，教师可通过让学生回答Language Lab的Questions and answers中的问题来了解学生对课文内容的理解程度。
Is Miss Lynn in the classroom?
Are they playing ping pong or playing a spelling game?
What’s the name of this spelling game?
在学生理解课文大意后，可让学生跟录音模仿读课文。
教师可通过角色表演让学生在准交际情境中运用语言，并指导学生要表演出对话蕴含的机智幽默。
接着，教师可让学生自己想一个单词，考考全班，并引导出题的学生用多种方式表扬猜对的同学，让学生了解除了Well done!还可以用Good job! Great! Wonderful! 等等多种方式来表达赞美。
最后，教师可组织学生在小组内做这个游戏，提高学生的语用能力。
