FengJical, Tie Ning, Guo Jingming and so on. In my mind, Mo Yan is

one of the most famous writers in China, because he is not only from

Weifang but also good at writing.

Mo Yan was born in Gao Mi, Wei Fang. Now he is a 57-year-old writer.

His real name is Guan Moye. Mo Yan is his pen name. It means “no

Learn to relax. Overwork is the main reason why so many students feel tired and stressed(紧张). Cut down some of the jobs you need to do each day so that you can only focus on the most important things. Leave time for activities that are relaxing and fun. 本学期，我担任了初二（5）、（6）班英语科目的教育教学工作，在这个学年的教学工作中，我有苦有乐，有辛酸也有喜悦，失败与成功并存。在这一学年里，我觉得我自己是过得紧张又忙碌，愉快又充实的。特从以下几个方面做出本学年的工作总结：

一、思想认识：

在这一个学期里，我在思想上严于律己，热爱党的教育事业。一学期来，我还积极参加各类政治业务学习，努力提高自己的政治水平和业务水平。服从学校的工作安排，配合领导和老师们做好校内外的各项工作。

二、教育教学工作方面：

1、课前准备：钻研教材，认真备课。每一次备课都很认真，遇到没有把握讲好的课时立即提出，请其它英语老师参谋，综合考虑各种方案。多发表自己的见解让大家讨论，如有问题立即更正、改进。

四、存在的不足

五、改进措施：

2、注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的。

总之，在这学期的教育教学工作中，我爱岗敬业，尽职尽责地完成了自己的本职工作。在以后的教学工作，我将不断总结，虚心学习，努力提高自己的素质和教育教学水平。

今年, 我任教八年级两个班的英语。经过一年的学习，大部分学生基本上会说简单的对话，看懂简单的英文读物，但部分学生基础很差，单词基本不会；他们的学习目的不明确，不爱学，他们不敢开口讲英语，更不懂英文写作；再加上本族语影响，这些学生要学好英语很不容易。英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。

第四，成绩方面：经过努力，学习成绩有所提高。当然，成绩的取得，离不开同学们的努力，更离不开领导的指导和各位同事的支持。经过一个学期的努力，期末考只是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是今后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多学习，争取进步。

二、因材施教，掌握难度

在这方面，我根据学校老师的建议和我自己的摸索，坚持“备课的同时要备学生”，立足学生，有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。

同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。

三、激发学生学习兴趣。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。

四、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心

在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言，经调查得知：有的学生由于英语底子薄，不知道该怎样回答问题，有的则是胆子比较小，担心犯错。针对这种情况，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式鼓励学生积极发言，纵然他的答案与正确答案相差十万八千里，我也会为他的勇气鼓掌，这样越来越多的学生都举起了手。另外，我利用每天的课余时间辅导英语，主要针对中下等学生的听和读这两大难题，这样他们在课堂上便有“话”可说。当学生在课堂上获得了成功感，他们的自信心也会增强，也更加愿意参与课堂的活动了。

我在教学工作中还有很多不足之处，希望在下个学期多总结经验，多向其他老师前辈学习，不断提高教学水平。

转眼间，一学期的教学工作已经结束，为了总结经验以后更好的开展教学工作，下面对本学期的工作做以回顾性总结。

这学期是我担任初二年级十一班，十二班的英语教学工作。通过一学期的努力工作自己也总结了很多的教育教学经验，以下是我的教学工作总结。

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。但一开始我就碰了钉子。从而可知，我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况：

一方面，这两个班的学生英语听、说的能力和基础相对非常弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，十二班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等以下学生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此学生虽活跃，但实际的学习效果却不好，浮而不实；而十一班的同学比较沉静，学习欠积极性，虽然优良生比例较十二班多一些，但中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。 教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。 期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。从中段考试可以看出两个班的平均水平相当，十一班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上，特别是十一班，以缩短差距。另外，还发现学生的综合能力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向优秀的教师学习，争取进步。

本学期我担任初二级（12）班、（13）班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心学习。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。一学期来，本人认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，不断提高，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。

1、要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我做了下面的工作：

⑴课前准备：备好课。

①认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。

②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。

③考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。

⑵课堂上的情况。

组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学数学的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合，布置好家庭作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

2、要提高教学质量，还要做好课后辅导工作，初中的学生爱动、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学习上不能按时完成作业，有的学生抄袭作业，针对这种问题，就要抓好学生的思想教育，并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学习指导中去，还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在后进生的转化上，对后进生努力做到从友善开始，比如，握握他的手，摸摸他的头，或帮助整理衣服。从赞美着手，所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重，还有在批评学生之前，先谈谈自己工作的不足。

3、积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。

4、培养多种兴趣爱好，到图书馆博览群书，不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。

5、"金无足赤，人无完人"，在教学工作中难免有缺陷，例如，课堂语言平缓，平时考试较少，语言不够生动。

I was born in Liberia, a little country. My father worked for the United Nations, and every morning a driver took me to a school. I enjoyed my school days and I was happy.
