2014年佛山英语中考试题分析
试卷结构
全卷分四大题：听力、语言知识及应用、阅读、综合语言运用，每大题包含若干小节，满分120分，考试用时90分钟。
难度分析
各种题型的数量和权重分布情况如下：
第一部分听力题，共20分，占全卷分值的16.7%。第二部分语言知识及应用，包括单项选择题（语法）及完型填空（课内词汇&短语搭配），共25分，占全卷分值的20.8%；其中单项选择题15分，占全卷分值的12.5%；完型填空10分，占全卷分值的8.3%。第三部分阅读，包括两篇阅读选择题及一篇主题匹配题，共30分，占全卷分值的25%。第四部分综合语言运用，包括综合填空、完成句子、读写综合, 共45分，占全卷分值的37.5%；其中综合填空题(课内短语搭配&语法)10分，占全卷分值的8.3%；完成句子(课内短语搭配&时态)10分，占全卷分值的8.3%；读写综合之回答问题(阅读理解&句子结构、时态)10分，占全卷分值的8.3%；书面表达(写作)15分，占全卷分值的12.5%。
近两年佛山中考题新增了一道阅读短文，回答问题的综合语言运用题，这一道题学生的得分都普遍较低。这道题对学生的综合能力要求较高，除了考查学生对阅读材料内容的理解外，还需要考查学生对问题含义的把握，然后自己组织语言回答问题。换言之，该题既考查了学生的阅读理解能力，又考查了学生的语言组织能力。然而，这道题要想提分也并难，主要看学生对英语重点句型结构（特别是特殊疑问句及其答句）的掌握如何。由于，现在的初中课本较强调语法理论的讲解，而缺乏了对句子结构的分析与总结，导致很多学生学了后面的，就忘了前面最基础的内容。
